Use of RugFrame Passport Ledger
RugFrame Passport Ledger helps users record their own rug details, framing and mounting details, condition timelines, provenance, and valuation notes. It is not an appraisal service, authentication service, insurance product, or marketplace.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information and photos you enter into RugFrame Passport Ledger and for how you use that information, including for insurance, resale, or conservation purposes. You are responsible for verifying valuations, provenance claims, and condition assessments independently.
No Guaranteed Valuation or Authentication
RugFrame Passport Ledger does not authenticate rugs, verify provenance, or guarantee valuations. Any value, era, origin, or maker information stored in the app is user-entered and should be independently verified with a qualified appraiser when it matters (insurance, resale, donation, or estate purposes).
Subscriptions and Purchases
RugFrame Passport Ledger Pro is offered as Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a Lifetime one-time purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies; RugFrame Passport Ledger and E Stream Media Empire cannot issue refunds directly.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices signed into the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases in Settings to restore your Pro entitlement.
Local Data
RugFrame Passport Ledger works without a login, backend account, or cloud sync. Your records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own device backups (including the app’s JSON export feature) and for protecting any sensitive information you choose to store, such as valuations or certificate numbers.
