Local-First Records
RugFrame Passport Ledger is designed for local rug passport recordkeeping. Rug names, origin, era, maker, material, weave, size, colors, pattern, tags, framing method, frame material, protective glass, backing, mounting structure, display location, condition timeline entries, provenance, purchase date, seller, valuation, certificate references, collection numbers, notes, and photos you attach are stored locally on your device using platform app storage technologies.
Photos
Photos you attach to a rug passport or condition record are copied into the app’s local storage on your device. RugFrame Passport Ledger requests camera and photo library access only to let you capture or choose photos for your own records; photos are not uploaded to E Stream Media servers.
No Login or App Backend
RugFrame Passport Ledger does not require a login and does not use a RugFrame Passport Ledger backend account. RugFrame Passport Ledger does not send local records to E Stream Media servers.
Export and Backup
RugFrame Passport Ledger lets you export a PDF passport or a JSON backup of your records using the system Share Sheet. Exported files are created on your device and shared only to the destination you choose (for example Files, AirDrop, email, or a messaging app you select).
Ads, Analytics, and Tracking
RugFrame Passport Ledger does not include ads, third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, Firebase, RevenueCat, or CloudKit sync.
Purchases
RugFrame Passport Ledger Pro purchases (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) are handled by Apple StoreKit. Apple may process purchase, billing, subscription, tax, refund, and subscription-management information according to its own policies. RugFrame Passport Ledger does not receive your full payment card details.
User Choices
You control the records and photos you enter. You are responsible for your own device backups, for deleting records you no longer need, and for how you use the JSON backup and PDF export features.
