Terms of Use
Terms for PlayPatch, a local-first clean group game host for prompts, scenes, nicknames, custom private cards, and session recap.

These Terms of Use apply to PlayPatch on supported platforms. By using the app, you are responsible for how you host the game, which prompts you choose, and any custom private cards you create.
Purpose of the app
PlayPatch provides clean prompt ideas and lightweight host tools for family tables, friend groups, classrooms, road trips, birthdays, and calm wind-down rounds. It is designed for local use on the device.
Responsible hosting
Do not use PlayPatch prompts or custom private cards in a way that creates unsafe, humiliating, discriminatory, illegal, adult, private, or harmful situations. The host is responsible for checking whether a prompt is right for the group and setting.
Custom private cards
Custom private cards are user-authored and are not reviewed by PlayPatch before use. You are responsible for the text you enter, the people who can see it on your device, and whether it is appropriate for the group.
No professional advice
PlayPatch is a group play and prompt-hosting utility. It is not medical, therapeutic, legal, educational, childcare, safety certification, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any learning, behavior, health, or group outcome.
Local records and backups
Current session history, local nicknames, custom private cards, and settings are stored locally in the current app. You are responsible for device backups, device access, and any data you choose to delete or share.
Availability and changes
E Stream Media Empire may update, change, or discontinue PlayPatch features over time. We try to keep the app useful and safe for clean group play, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
