For PlayPatch support, email the support address below. Include the app name, platform, device model if useful, app version or build number if visible, and a short description of the issue.

PlayPatch is local-first in the current app. It has no account requirement, no ads, no analytics SDKs, no tracking SDKs, no public profiles, no chat, no server sync, and no public user-generated content.

Helpful support details

It helps to mention whether the issue is about Host, Scene Packs, Players, Safety Guard, Prompt Library, Custom Private Cards, Recap, Settings, local storage, privacy text, or legal links.

Local data

PlayPatch is designed for local-first group play. Support may not be able to recover local nicknames, custom private cards, or session history that were deleted from your device or lost because of device damage, app deletion, or missing backups.

Prompt safety

Built-in prompts are designed for clean group play, but the host should still preview prompts and choose settings appropriate for the people and setting. Custom private cards should be checked by the host before use.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, payment details, private documents, full names of children, sensitive personal information, or anything you do not want handled through email.
