PasteProbe is a local-first utility for inspecting provider-backed paste representation metadata after an explicit system Paste action.

Explicit Paste Only
PasteProbe reads paste data only after you invoke the visible system Paste action. Before that action, PasteProbe does not read the clipboard or inspect paste payloads.
No Monitoring or Background Access
PasteProbe does not monitor the clipboard, access paste data from lifecycle or background events, or merge separate paste items.
Local Metadata Evidence
After an explicit Paste action, PasteProbe evaluates provider-backed representation metadata and stores factual run evidence locally on the device.
No Raw Payload Retention
Raw pasted payloads are not persisted, backed up, exported, or sent to a cloud service. PasteProbe does not use tracking or claim cloud or AI analysis.
