1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any products or services provided by E Stream Media Empire ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products and Services

We build, manage, support, or provide information for: PayWise AI Budget Planner (iOS), WarrantyProof: Receipts (iOS), SmartBiz Advisor X (Web SaaS), and RaiseReady (Web + iOS). PayWise AI is currently published under an individual Apple Developer account and is managed and supported by E Stream Media. Each product may have additional product-specific terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Web-based products (SmartBiz Advisor X, RaiseReady) may require paid subscriptions. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting admin@estreamedia.my.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, product content, branding, website materials, and related features managed by E Stream Media Empire are owned by or licensed to E Stream Media Empire.

6. Disclaimer

RaiseReady is an educational planning tool and does not constitute financial advice. SmartBiz Advisor X is a sales intelligence tool and does not constitute legal or investment advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
