Terms of Use
Terms information for SubDesk Binder, a local-first substitute-teacher day-packet builder by E Stream Media.
These terms summarize acceptable use of SubDesk Binder. Apple purchases are also governed by Apple Media Services terms and the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
Professional recordkeeping tool
SubDesk Binder is provided as a practical tool for teachers to prepare and hand off substitute-teacher day packets. It is not a school-district compliance system, a certified student-records system, or a substitute for your school's own policies on handling student or classroom information.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of schedules, instructions, seating charts, resource notes, contact information, student-related notes, and any other content you enter, import, export, share, or delete in SubDesk Binder, and for using that content in line with your school's policies and applicable law.
Local storage and exports
Packets and profiles are designed to remain on your device. Exported PDFs, backup files, and anything you share through iOS system sharing are controlled by you and may be handled by other apps, people, or services you choose.
Subscriptions and purchases
SubDesk Binder Pro Monthly and SubDesk Binder Pro Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, or through your Apple Account settings.
Lifetime purchase
SubDesk Binder Pro Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew or expire, and is not billed again after the initial purchase.
Pricing and Restore Purchases
Prices shown in the app are the actual prices returned by StoreKit for your Apple Account and region at the time of viewing. Restore Purchases is available on the Settings screen to recover a previous purchase on a new device or after reinstalling the app.

SubDesk Binder is a packet-building and organization tool. It does not provide legal, HR, or school-district-compliance advice, and does not guarantee any particular teaching, safety, or emergency-preparedness outcome. You remain responsible for the lawful and appropriate use of any student, classroom, or contact information you choose to record.
