Terms for ShedWise: Reptile Tracker, a local-first reptile care log and reminder app.

These Terms apply to ShedWise: Reptile Tracker ("ShedWise", "the app").

Use of the App
ShedWise is a local-first reptile care log and reminder app for reptile keepers. You may use the app to record reptile profiles, feeding logs, shed history, weight notes, enclosure tasks, reminders, exports, and related care notes.
No Professional Advice
ShedWise is for personal record keeping only. It does not provide veterinary, animal health, husbandry, biosecurity, tax, legal, accounting, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for animal care decisions and for consulting qualified professionals when needed.
Your Data
You are responsible for the information you enter into ShedWise and for maintaining backups of any records you need to keep. Current V1 records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
In-App Purchases
ShedWise may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional advice.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, animal care records, reminders, exports, sales, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of ShedWise.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
