Privacy Policy
Privacy information for PaceLap: Lease Mileage, a local-first lease mileage pace and overage estimate app.
This Privacy Policy applies to PaceLap: Lease Mileage ("PaceLap", "the app"). PaceLap helps users enter lease and odometer information, estimate mileage pace, forecast possible overage, and plan trips using information stored locally on the device.
No account required
PaceLap does not require users to create an account or log in to use the core app.
Local-first lease and odometer data
User-entered vehicle names, lease start and end dates, starting odometer, mileage allowance, overage fee, odometer readings, trip simulation values, reminder preferences, and app settings are designed to stay on the user’s device.
No developer server, ads, analytics, or tracking
The current PaceLap app plan does not include a developer-operated server for app data, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account sync, cloud database sync, background location tracking, or connected-car account login.
Purchases handled by Apple
PaceLap Pro monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit where available. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.
Exports and sharing
If a future version lets users export or share mileage records, the user controls the destination. Do not share private lease or vehicle information unless you are comfortable with that destination.
Estimate-only disclaimer
PaceLap uses user-entered lease and odometer information to estimate mileage pace and possible overage. It does not provide financial, legal, insurance, tax, or vehicle advice. Drivers remain responsible for verifying lease terms and final mileage obligations.
