Privacy information for BeamQuote, a local-first laser shop quote desk and job ledger.

This Privacy Policy applies to BeamQuote ("BeamQuote", "the app"). BeamQuote helps laser shops and makers estimate jobs, prepare quotes, track material and machine costs, export PDFs, and maintain a local job ledger.

Data Collection
BeamQuote is a local-first app. No account is required for core app use. Materials, machine profiles, customers, quotes, job records, quote notes, and settings are stored locally on your device. BeamQuote does not operate a developer server sync service for core app data.
Information You Enter
You may enter material names and costs, machine rates, customer names or contact notes, quote details, job status notes, margins, and other shop records. This information is entered by you and remains under your control on the device where you use the app.
PDF Export and Sharing
BeamQuote can generate quote PDFs and share quote information only when you choose to export or share it. Exported PDFs or shared files may contain customer, quote, material, machine, price, warning, or note information that you entered. You are responsible for where you save, send, or store exported files.
Purchases
Optional Pro purchases may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, depending on your platform and the version available to you. BeamQuote and E Stream Media Empire do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase, refund, subscription, and cancellation handling is managed by the platform provider.
Ads, Analytics, Tracking, and Location
BeamQuote does not include advertising SDKs, app analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or location data collection in the current app.
No Sale of User Data
BeamQuote does not sell user data. The app is designed as a local quote desk and job ledger, not as a data brokerage, advertising, or analytics product.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete records inside the app, use device-level backup tools if available, export files you choose to keep, or uninstall the app to remove local app data from that device. Deleting the app may remove local records unless you have backed them up or exported them.
Children's Privacy
BeamQuote is a business utility for laser shops and makers and is not designed for children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated as BeamQuote changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
