Terms of Use
Terms for CrownForm, a local-first millinery block trial log and handoff utility for milliners and hat makers.

These Terms of Use apply to CrownForm. By using the app, you are responsible for the block, trial, and revision records you enter, the conclusions you draw from them, and where you save or share exported files.
Purpose of the app
CrownForm helps makers record hat-block profiles, blocking trials, material and method notes, contour/issue pins, photos, a clone-and-revise revision history, and checksummed production handoff sheets for millinery recordkeeping.
Your responsibility for records
You are responsible for checking block profiles, trial revisions, material notes, photos, handoff sheets, and backup files before relying on them or handing them to production. Keep independent backups where needed.
No fit, safety, or professional advice
CrownForm is an informational recordkeeping utility. It is not a fit advisor, safety inspection authority, material-safety guide, professional millinery certification, or a guarantee that a block or trial is safe, comfortable, or fit for use.
Exports and backups
Exports and backup files are controlled by you after creation. Anyone you send a file to may be able to read its block, trial, material, photo, and handoff information. You are responsible for retaining any backup you need.
Paid features and subscriptions
CrownForm may offer Pro access through monthly, yearly, or lifetime products. Subscription renewals, cancellation, refunds, restore behavior, and displayed prices are handled by Apple where the app is distributed through the App Store.
Platform terms
Where the Apple standard End User License Agreement applies to an App Store download, it applies in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
