Use of ColorBowl
ColorBowl helps users record their own client formula visits, formula zones, product usage, service notes, and cost calculations. It is not a salon booking system, official brand database, medical product, chemical-safety advisor, or formula generator.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into ColorBowl and for how you use that information in salon work. You are responsible for professional formulation decisions, product selection, product use, patch-test practices, client consultation, record handling, pricing, backups, and legal or professional compliance.
No Official Brand Affiliation
ColorBowl is an independent recordkeeping app. It does not provide official brand shade charts, official brand formulas, official manufacturer guidance, or trademarked formula libraries. Any product names or formula details entered into the app are user-entered records.
No Guaranteed Results
ColorBowl does not guarantee color results. Hair color outcomes depend on professional judgment, client history, product selection, condition, process, and other factors outside the app.
No Medical, Allergy, or Safety Advice
ColorBowl does not provide medical advice, allergy diagnosis, allergy treatment, scalp diagnosis, skin diagnosis, chemical-safety advice, or allergy-safety guarantees. Users are responsible for following professional safety practices and product instructions.
Purchases and Subscriptions
ColorBowl Pro purchases, subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Users can manage subscriptions through iOS Settings and their Apple ID subscription settings.
Local Data
The current app build is designed to work without a ColorBowl login, backend account, or cloud sync. User-entered records are stored locally on the device. Users are responsible for their own device backups and for protecting client-related information they choose to store.
