What ColorBowl Does
ColorBowl helps users record client color notes, formula visits, zone-level formula details, product usage, product costs, before/after/next-visit notes, service-cost estimates, gross-margin estimates, and Pro purchase or restore state through Apple StoreKit.
Local Records
The current app build stores user-entered records locally on the device. There is no ColorBowl login or ColorBowl backend account in the current build.
Clients
Use the Clients area to create and review client notes and color-history context.
Formula Visits, Zones, and Ingredients
Use Formula Visits to record service details, before/after/next-visit notes, zones, and ingredient details for the user-entered formula record.
Products
Use Products to track user-entered product names, line names, shade codes, unit sizes, and unit costs.
Cost Lab
Use Cost Lab to estimate product cost, service price, and gross margin based on values the user enters.
Pro Purchase and Restore
ColorBowl Pro purchases and restore flows are handled by Apple StoreKit. Use Restore Purchases in the app if you previously purchased Pro with the same Apple ID.
Data Stored on Device
Because records are stored locally, users are responsible for device backups and for managing client-related information according to their professional obligations.

Do not send sensitive client information unless a secure support process is provided.
ColorBowl records user-entered formulas, service costs, notes, and client history. It does not provide chemical safety advice, medical advice, allergy diagnosis or treatment, official brand guidance, or guaranteed color results.
