Support information for EditionDesk, including edition walls, impression records, photos, exports, JSON backup, Pro access, and Restore Purchases.

For EditionDesk support, email the support address below. Include the app name, device model if useful, iOS version, app version or build number if visible, and a short description of the issue.
What EditionDesk does
EditionDesk helps printmakers keep a local Edition Wall for numbered editions, proofs, impression statuses, observations, disposition decisions, revision states, studio notes, attached photos, provenance draft exports, CSV exports, PDF draft data, and JSON backup files.
Local records
EditionDesk is designed as a local-first app. Records stay on the device unless the user chooses to export, share, back up, or restore them through device tools. Support cannot recover records deleted from a device unless the user has an available backup or exported copy.
Photos
If an attached photo does not appear as expected, check iOS photo permission settings, confirm there is enough device storage, and try adding or replacing the photo again.
Exports and JSON backup
Review exported provenance drafts, CSV files, PDF draft data, or JSON backup files before sending them to another person, organization, service, or app. JSON backups are for EditionDesk local records and do not include StoreKit transactions, credentials, payment details, app account identity, or legal certificates.
Purchases and Restore Purchases
If EditionDesk Pro access does not appear after purchase or reinstall, use Restore Purchases in the app and confirm the device is signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Available plans and prices are shown by Apple StoreKit in the app.
What to include in a support email
Include your device model, iOS version, app version if visible, whether the issue affects edition records, impressions, photos, export, backup restore, Pro purchase, Restore Purchases, or legal links, and screenshots if they help explain the problem. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or unnecessary private studio records through support email.
