Privacy information for EditionDesk: Printmaker Registry, a local-first edition wall and studio record app.

This Privacy Policy applies to EditionDesk: Printmaker Registry on iOS. EditionDesk is published by E Stream Media Empire and helps printmakers keep user-entered edition, proof, state, disposition, photo, export, and backup records on their own devices.
Local-first printmaking records
EditionDesk stores user-entered edition titles, techniques, years, edition sizes, proof notes, plate state notes, paper and ink notes, impression numbers, statuses, observations, disposition decisions, revision history, export records, language choice, and app settings locally on the device.
Photos selected by the user
EditionDesk may ask for photo library access only when the user chooses to attach a studio, edition, or impression photo. Selected images are stored locally in the app record and are not uploaded to an E Stream Media Empire server by EditionDesk.
No account, backend, ads, analytics, or tracking
The current EditionDesk app does not require a login and does not use a developer-operated backend account, cloud sync, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, Firebase, RevenueCat, public profiles, marketplace features, or custom network upload of local records.
Exports, sharing, and backups
EditionDesk can create provenance draft text, CSV data, PDF draft data, and JSON backup files from user-entered records. The user chooses where exported or shared content goes through the device and operating system. Review exported files before sharing private studio, client, collector, or consignment notes.
Purchases handled by Apple
Optional EditionDesk Pro purchases and Restore Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit and the App Store where available. Apple may process purchase, billing, subscription, tax, refund, and subscription-management information according to Apple policies. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.
Recordkeeping-only disclaimer
EditionDesk records user-entered studio information. It does not authenticate artwork, appraise value, provide legal certificates, provide legal, tax, insurance, financial, or conservation advice, sell artwork, process payments, or operate a marketplace.
