Terms of Use
Terms for BloomShelf, a local-first orchid collection, care log, bloom journal, reminder, and optional Pro app.

These Terms of Use apply to BloomShelf on supported platforms. By using BloomShelf, you are responsible for the orchid records you enter, the reminders you configure, and any plant care decisions you make outside the app.

Use of the App
BloomShelf is a local-first orchid journal for orchid profiles, care logs, watering and repot reminders, bloom and spike notes, keiki notes, filters, and optional photo placeholder captions. You may use the app for personal orchid recordkeeping and collection organization.
No Professional Plant Advice
BloomShelf is a recordkeeping and reminder tool. It does not diagnose plant disease, identify plants with AI, provide chemical treatment instructions, replace professional horticultural advice, or guarantee blooms, plant health, or care outcomes.
Your Records and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into BloomShelf and for maintaining any backups, screenshots, exports, or shared copies that you need to keep. Current app records are stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly discloses a different storage or sync feature.
In-App Purchases
BloomShelf may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, available plans, displayed prices, taxes, and billing support are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse BloomShelf, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional plant, legal, financial, or safety advice.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep BloomShelf useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of orchid records, reminders, exports, plants, sales, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of BloomShelf.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
