Terms of Use
Terms for BlankDry, a local-first woodturning blank drying rack, weight log, observation, export, and restore utility.

These Terms of Use apply to BlankDry on iOS. By using BlankDry, you are responsible for the woodturning records you enter, the files you export or share, and any shop, safety, turning, drying, sales, or finishing decisions you make outside the app.
Use of BlankDry
BlankDry is a local-first recordkeeping utility for woodturners and small studios. You may use it to organize drying racks, blank slots, rough-turned blanks, weight history, optional moisture readings, observations, reminders, attached photos, archived records, exports, and backups.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into BlankDry and for maintaining any backups, screenshots, exports, or shared files that you need to keep. Current app records are stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly discloses a different storage or sync feature.
No safety or drying guarantee
BlankDry is a note-taking and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide lathe safety advice, chemical treatment recommendations, professional woodworking advice, engineering review, moisture-readiness certification, or a guarantee that a blank is dry, stable, safe, or ready to turn.
In-app purchases
BlankDry may offer optional Pro features through Apple StoreKit and the App Store, including monthly, yearly, or lifetime access where available. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, subscription management, available plans, displayed prices, and billing support are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse BlankDry, attempt to bypass paid features, store information you are not authorized to maintain, or rely on the app as a substitute for safe shop practices, manufacturer guidance, professional woodworking judgment, or local legal requirements.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep BlankDry useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, record recovery, shop outcomes, turning outcomes, or sale outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of records, exported files, wood blanks, shop opportunities, sales, profits, customer relationships, project outcomes, or turning results arising from your use of BlankDry.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
