Privacy information for SealLedger, a local-first job ledger for client work, payments, materials, notes, and photo reference labels.
This Privacy Policy applies to SealLedger ("SealLedger", "the app"). SealLedger helps users organize client work, projects, job records, income, expenses, payments, materials, notes, and photo reference labels using information stored locally on the device.
No account required
SealLedger does not require users to create an account or log in to use the core app.
Local-first job ledger data
User-entered client names, project names, titles, amounts, quantities, categories, statuses, dates, notes, photo reference labels, app settings, language, currency, and export preferences are designed to stay on the user device in the current build.
No developer server, ads, analytics, or tracking
The current SealLedger app plan does not include a developer-operated server for app data, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account sync, cloud database sync, or public user profiles.
Purchases handled by Apple
SealLedger Pro monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit where available. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.
Exports and sharing
When users export or share records, the user controls the destination. Users should review exported CSV or summary content before sending it to another person, organization, storage service, or app.
Recordkeeping-only disclaimer
SealLedger is a record organization utility. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, loan, insurance, safety, income, or professional advice. Users remain responsible for verifying their own business records and obligations.
