NanoSweep Support
Support
Support information for NanoSweep, including imports, comparison review, backup and restore, export packages, and StoreKit access handling.
Effective: July 30, 2026 | E Stream Media Empire
For NanoSweep support, email the address below. Include the app name, platform, device model if useful, app version or build number if visible, and a short description of the issue.
Supported file types
NanoSweep supports CSV, S1P, and S2P for import preview. Unsupported, empty, corrupt, or malformed files should remain in a visible failure state and should not create a partial snapshot.
Duplicate-source explanation
If NanoSweep flags an import as a duplicate, it means the same provenance hash already exists in local records. Review the existing passport or create a new immutable snapshot only when the new measurement context is intentionally different.
Comparison eligibility explanation
Comparison Review explains baseline and follow-up eligibility rules, blocking reasons, metadata differences, and provenance links. It is not RF diagnosis, tuning advice, certification, compliance guidance, or a safety conclusion.
Backup and restore explanation
NanoSweep writes and reads JSON backups, validates checksums, stages restore content before apply, surfaces conflicts for review, and preserves rollback behavior when restore preflight fails. Keep independent copies of any backups you want to retain.
Purchase and restore troubleshooting
If paid access does not appear after a purchase, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the transaction. If StoreKit is unavailable, the app should show an unavailable or loading state instead of claiming premium access.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, certificates, or confidential third-party engineering files through support email unless a secure support process is provided.
