Privacy Policy

Privacy information for CrownForm, a local-first millinery block trial log and handoff app for milliners and hat makers.

This Privacy Policy applies to CrownForm ("CrownForm", "the app"). CrownForm helps makers keep local records of hat-block trials: block profiles, crown/brim parameters, material and method notes, contour and issue pins, photo evidence, revision history, and production handoff sheets.

Local-first records

CrownForm is designed around records stored on your device. The app does not require an account, developer-operated cloud sync, or a developer server database for your block, trial, or revision records.

Information you choose to enter

You may enter block labels and numbers, sizes and shapes, crown and brim profile notes, material types and colors, blocking method notes, observed results, contour/issue pin labels and notes, photos, and a job alias for handoffs. A job alias is a free-text label, not a customer contact record — CrownForm does not include customer name, address, phone, or email fields.

Photos, exports, and backups

Photos are added only when you choose to attach them from your photo library. CSV exports, PDF handoff reports, share sheets, and JSON backups are created only when you choose to export, share, or back up records. You control where exported files are saved or sent.

No advertising, tracking, or developer analytics

The current app does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, location tracking, account sign-in, or developer-operated telemetry for CrownForm records.

Purchases and Restore Purchases

Optional Pro access (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) and Restore Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.

No fit, safety, or professional advice

CrownForm records user-entered evidence of a maker's own blocking trials. It is not a fit advisor, safety authority, material-safety guide, or professional millinery certification, and it does not guarantee a block or trial is safe, comfortable, or fit for use.
