Support for BeamQuote, a local-first laser shop quote desk and job ledger for iOS and Android.

For BeamQuote support, email admin@estreamedia.my. Include the following information to help resolve your issue faster:
- Platform: iOS or Android.
- Device model and operating system version.
- BeamQuote app version and build number, if visible in Settings or App Info.
- A short description of the issue.
- Whether the issue affects Quote Desk, Quote Builder, Materials, Machines, Customers, Jobs, Reports, PDF export, Pro purchase, or Restore Purchases.
Local Records
BeamQuote stores materials, machines, customers, quotes, jobs, and notes locally on your device. Deleting records, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app may remove local records from that device unless you have exported or backed up data using tools available to you.
PDF Export
PDF export and sharing are user-initiated. If a PDF does not appear in the destination app, try exporting again, choosing a different share destination, or checking that the destination app can accept PDF files.
Quote Calculations
BeamQuote calculates estimates from values you enter, such as material cost, machine rate, beam time, setup time, margin, and notes. Review each quote before sending it to a customer.
Pro Purchase or Restore
Optional Pro purchases and restore flows are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing depending on platform. Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. Available plans and prices are shown by the platform in the app.
Privacy and Local Storage
BeamQuote does not require an account or developer backend for core app use. Customer, quote, material, machine, job, and note records stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
