Where Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies to an App Store download, it applies in addition to these product-specific terms. Apple’s Standard Terms of Use are available from Apple.
Use of the app
MosaicFit is a workout planning and training record utility. You are responsible for the records you enter and the decisions you make from them.
No medical or fitness guarantee
MosaicFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, coaching certification, or a guarantee of fitness results. Consult a qualified professional for health questions.
Backups and purchases
You are responsible for keeping exports you need. Optional Pro purchases, refunds, cancellation, and displayed prices are handled by Apple.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
