Terms for LongArm Ledger, a local-first app for longarm quilting jobs, quotes, payments, clients, and frame schedules.
These Terms of Use apply to LongArm Ledger on supported platforms. By using the app, you are responsible for the information you enter, the records you keep, and how you export or share those records.
Purpose of the app
LongArm Ledger helps longarm quilters organize clients, quilt jobs, quotes, pricing templates, frame schedules, payment records, condition notes, and local business workflow notes.
Your responsibility for records
You are responsible for checking quotes, balances, due dates, payment records, client details, and exported documents before relying on them. Keep your own backups where needed.
No professional guarantee
LongArm Ledger is not accounting, tax, legal, insurance, lending, funding, or business compliance advice. It does not guarantee income, profit, customer payment, tax treatment, legal compliance, or business outcomes.
Paid features and subscriptions
LongArm Ledger may offer Pro access through monthly, yearly, or lifetime products. Draft product identifiers include longarmledger.pro.monthly, longarmledger.pro.yearly, and longarmledger.pro.lifetime. Subscription renewals, cancellation, refunds, and restore behavior are handled by the platform store where the purchase was made.
Subscription disclosure source copy
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store or Google Play before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your platform account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app where supported.
Platform terms
Where Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platform terms apply to an app download or purchase, those platform terms apply in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
