Terms of Use
Terms for LashMap Studio: Lash Client OS, a local-first lash studio client management and session record utility.

These Terms apply to LashMap Studio: Lash Client OS ("LashMap Studio", "the app").

Where the Apple standard End User License Agreement applies to an App Store download, it applies in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
Use of the App
LashMap Studio is a local-first salon workflow and client recordkeeping utility for lash technicians and lash studio owners. You may use it to record client information, session history, lash maps, retention results, and consent records for your own professional salon use.
Your Records and Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into LashMap Studio. You are responsible for keeping your device secure, for maintaining your own backups using the export tools provided, and for the accuracy of any records you enter. LashMap Studio stores records locally on your device and does not independently verify or validate any information you enter.
Not Medical, Allergy, or Safety Advice
LashMap Studio is a salon recordkeeping and workflow utility. It does not provide medical advice, eye safety diagnosis, allergy treatment guidance, or any determination of whether a client is suitable for lash extension services. Sensitivity and contraindication fields are for user-entered salon reference notes only. You are responsible for your own professional judgment, training, and compliance with applicable local regulations and health and safety requirements.
No Guarantee of Business or Retention Outcomes
Lash retention outcomes depend on client aftercare, adhesive, humidity, environment, and many other factors outside the app. LashMap Studio does not guarantee any lash retention result, client retention rate, revenue outcome, or business result from using the app.
In-App Purchases
LashMap Studio offers optional Pro features via Apple App Store (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime purchase). Purchases, prices, refunds, subscription management, and cancellation are handled by Apple App Store. You may restore a prior Pro purchase using the Restore Purchases feature in the app, which requires being signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Free Tier Limits
The free version of LashMap Studio supports up to 20 clients, 30 sessions, 3 consent records per client, and 3 map templates. Pro removes these limits. Limits may change in future app versions.
Acceptable Use
Do not use LashMap Studio for unlawful purposes, for storing information you are not authorized to collect, or in a manner that violates applicable data protection, privacy, or salon regulation requirements in your jurisdiction. Do not attempt to reverse engineer paid features.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of client records, session data, revenue data, or any business outcome, arising from your use of LashMap Studio.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
