Support for HoofCycle: Farrier Log, a local-first hoof care and farrier visit record app.

For support with HoofCycle: Farrier Log, email admin@estreamedia.my. Include the following information to help resolve your issue faster:
- Device model.
- iOS version.
- HoofCycle app version (visible in Settings tab).
- A short description of the issue.
- Whether the issue affects horses, visits, photos, cycle board, Pro purchase or restore, language settings, or local data.
Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the Pro tab or Settings while signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If products are unavailable, the app may be waiting for store connectivity.
Hoof Photos Not Saving
Check that HoofCycle has Photo Library and Camera permissions in your device Settings > Privacy & Security. Photos are saved locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.
Local Data
HoofCycle stores all records locally on your device. Deleting records, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app removes local records from that device. Export a backup before uninstalling if you want to keep your data.
Language Switching
You can change the display language in Settings tab. The app supports 16 languages. Switching language takes effect immediately without restarting the app.
Cycle Board Not Updating
The cycle board updates automatically when you add or edit a visit. If a horse shows incorrect status, try adding or editing the most recent visit to refresh the next-due calculation.
Privacy and Local Storage
HoofCycle does not require an account or developer backend. All horse profiles, farrier visits, and hoof photos stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
HoofCycle is for record keeping and reminders only. It does not provide veterinary advice, farrier diagnosis, treatment guidance, or emergency advice.
