Terms of Use
Terms for EditionDesk: Printmaker Registry, a local-first printmaker registry for editions, proofs, states, and disposition history.

These Terms of Use apply to EditionDesk on iOS. By using EditionDesk, you are responsible for the printmaking records you enter, the records you export or share, and any studio, legal, financial, sales, or conservation decisions you make outside the app.
Use of EditionDesk
EditionDesk is a local-first recordkeeping utility for printmakers and studios. You may use it to organize edition sets, proofs, impression numbers, status history, observations, disposition decisions, revision states, photos, exports, and backup files.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into EditionDesk and for maintaining any backups, screenshots, exports, or shared files that you need to keep. Current app records are stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly discloses a different storage or sync feature.
Draft exports only
Provenance, certificate-style, CSV, JSON, and PDF outputs are drafts based on user-entered information. They are not artwork authentication, appraisal, legal certificates, title transfer documents, consignment contracts, invoices, tax records, insurance advice, or marketplace listings.
In-app purchases
EditionDesk may offer optional Pro features through Apple StoreKit and the App Store, including monthly, yearly, or lifetime access where available. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, subscription management, available plans, displayed prices, and billing support are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse EditionDesk, attempt to bypass paid features, store information you are not authorized to maintain, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, insurance, valuation, conservation, or authenticity review.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep EditionDesk useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, sales outcomes, collector acceptance, record recovery, or legal effect of any export.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of records, exported files, artwork information, sales, profits, collector relationships, consignment opportunities, or business opportunities arising from your use of EditionDesk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
