Terms for BeamQuote, a local-first laser shop quote desk and job ledger.

These Terms of Use apply to BeamQuote ("BeamQuote", "the app") published by E Stream Media Empire.

Use of the App
BeamQuote is a local-first estimating, quote preparation, PDF export, and job ledger utility for laser shops, makers, and small production teams. You may use it to maintain your own material, machine, customer, quote, job, and note records.
Your Records and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into BeamQuote. Records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for maintaining any backups or exported files you need.
Estimates Only
BeamQuote calculations are estimates based on values you enter, including costs, machine rates, labor assumptions, beam time, margins, and notes. You are responsible for checking material prices, taxes, labor costs, machine rates, supplier guidance, and final customer quotes before relying on or sending any quote.
No Guarantee of Profit or Business Results
BeamQuote may show margins, warnings, or undercharge indicators, but it does not guarantee profit, undercharge prevention, sales outcomes, customer acceptance, revenue, or any business result.
No Professional Advice
BeamQuote does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, supplier, machine safety, engineering, or professional pricing advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for following applicable laws, safety rules, supplier instructions, and professional judgment.
In-App Purchases
BeamQuote may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, cancellation, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by the platform where you purchased. Available products may vary by platform and release status.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, store information you are not authorized to maintain, or use BeamQuote for unlawful activity.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of records, exported files, quotes, revenue, profit, customer relationships, or business opportunities arising from your use of BeamQuote.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
