What To Include

  • Device model.
  • iOS or Android version.
  • WickLedger app version.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Whether the issue affects materials, recipes, batches, reports, reminders, CSV export, Pro purchase or restore, language settings, or local data deletion.

Troubleshooting

Restore Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. If products are unavailable, the app may still be waiting for platform billing setup or store connectivity.

CSV Export

CSV export is user-initiated. After export, choose a safe place to save or share the file. Anyone you share the CSV with may be able to read its candle business records.

Local Data and Delete Data

WickLedger stores records locally on your device in the current app. Deleting records, deleting app data, or uninstalling the app can remove local records from that device.

Reminders and Notifications

Reminder notifications depend on device notification permission. Check your device settings if reminders are not appearing.

Privacy and Local Storage

WickLedger does not require an account or developer backend in the current app. Data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
