Terms of Use
Terms information for StitchProof, an offline-first quality-record and handoff-proof app by E Stream Media Empire.
These terms summarize acceptable use of StitchProof. Apple purchases are also governed by Apple Media Services terms and the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
Personal recordkeeping only
StitchProof is provided as a practical recordkeeping tool for personal or small-business sewing, embroidery, and needlework project records, checklists, defect logs, and handoff reports. It is not an official certification body, industrial or regulatory standards authority, safety authority, or professional advice service.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of materials, process notes, checklist results, defect records, photos, statements, exported reports, and backups they create, import, export, share, or delete in StitchProof. Users should verify quality, safety, and regulatory requirements independently through appropriate professional channels.
Local storage and exports
Records are designed to remain on device in the current build. Exported PDF reports, shared files, and backups are controlled by the user and may be handled by other apps, services, or people chosen by the user.
Purchases
StitchProof Pro may be offered through App Store in-app purchases, including auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions or a one-time lifetime unlock. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase security are handled by Apple.
Subscription disclosure
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the App Store before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
No certification, safety, or professional guarantee
StitchProof records, snapshots, and reports are entered by the user and are not verified by StitchProof. They do not constitute a professional certification, industrial standard, or safety guarantee, and StitchProof is not designed for safety-critical, medical, legal, or regulatory compliance decisions.
