These Terms apply to LifeLog: Private Record Keeper ("LifeLog", "the app").

Use of the App
LifeLog is a local-first personal event log for recording life events such as doctor visits, legal meetings, home repairs, financial notes, and other important moments.
No Professional Advice
LifeLog is for personal record keeping only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for any decisions.
Your Data
You are responsible for the information you enter into LifeLog and for maintaining backups. Records are stored locally on your device in the current version.
In-App Purchases
LifeLog may offer optional Premium features through Apple App Store. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by Apple.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional advice.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of event records, reminders, exports, or other data arising from your use of LifeLog.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
