Local data
LeadLine Studio is designed for local-first record keeping. Support may not be able to recover records deleted from your device or records lost because of device damage, app deletion, or missing backups.
Purchases and restore
If Pro access does not appear after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app where supported and confirm you are signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
PDF and quote review
Before sending a client approval PDF or quote, review all client details, measurements, material costs, labor estimates, deposit terms, and approval language. LeadLine Studio does not verify supplier pricing or make a quote legally binding.
Sensitive information
Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, private keys, confidential client files, full financial records, or sensitive personal documents through support email unless a secure support process is provided.
