Terms for ConeLog: Pottery Kiln Notes, a local-first pottery kiln, glaze, and firing log utility.

These Terms apply to ConeLog: Pottery Kiln Notes ("ConeLog", "the app").

Where the Apple standard End User License Agreement applies to an App Store download, it applies in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
Use of the App
ConeLog is a local-first pottery kiln, glaze, test tile, and firing log utility for ceramic hobbyists, pottery students, studio members, and ceramic sellers. You may use it to record and review your own pottery and firing information.
Your Records and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into ConeLog. Current records are stored locally on your device. If a specific ConeLog build includes export or backup tools, you are responsible for maintaining the files you choose to export or share.
No Professional Kiln-Safety Advice
ConeLog is a note-taking and record-keeping tool. It does not provide professional kiln safety advice, industrial kiln certification, or engineering guidance. You are responsible for following your studio, kiln manufacturer, and material supplier instructions, and for your own safety practices.
No Guaranteed Firing Results
Firing outcomes depend on your kiln, materials, atmosphere, and process, which ConeLog does not control. We do not guarantee any specific glaze result, cone result, or firing outcome from using the app.
In-App Purchases
ConeLog may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, cancellation, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional kiln safety advice or certification.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, records, firing outcomes, or product claims arising from your use of ConeLog.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
