Terms for RailRoster Yard, a local model railroad roster and service recordkeeping tool.

By using RailRoster Yard, you agree to these Terms of Use. The app records information you provide and does not operate railroad hardware.

Recordkeeping Only
RailRoster Yard helps you document rolling stock, DCC addresses, service events, layout and yard assignments, storage locations, backups, and exports. It does not program DCC hardware, provide electrical or repair instructions, guarantee valuations, operate a marketplace, or provide professional advice.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries, the safety of your equipment and operating decisions, and maintaining backups of records you need. Independently verify information that could affect safety, operation, or value.
Pro Purchases
RailRoster Yard Pro may be offered as Monthly and Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a Lifetime one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple Account settings. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple policies.
Restore Purchases
After reinstalling the app or signing in to the same Apple Account on a compatible device, use Restore Purchases to refresh an eligible Pro entitlement.
Local Data and Files
Records remain on your device unless you choose to export or share a file. Sharing a file through another service is subject to that service provider’s terms and privacy practices.
