Terms of Use
Terms for RailRoster Yard, a local-first rolling stock roster and yard record.

These Terms of Use apply to RailRoster Yard (“RailRoster Yard” or “the app”), published by E Stream Media Empire.
Use of the app
RailRoster Yard provides tools for maintaining your own rolling stock passports, yard assignments, box locations, DCC addresses and service records. You are responsible for the information you enter. Free features cover the core local roster workflow; optional RailRoster Yard Pro features are presented in the app’s Pro screen.
Local records and backups
Records are maintained locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them. You are responsible for keeping any backups or exported files that you need.
In-App Purchases
RailRoster Yard may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store purchases. Monthly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription for one month; Yearly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription for one year; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple under Apple’s rules. Purchases, refunds, cancellation, subscription management, availability and displayed prices are handled by Apple and may vary by country and release status.
Pro value and Restore Purchases
Pro provides ongoing access to the Pro capabilities described in the app, subject to the product and release status shown by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app when you previously purchased with the same Apple Account.
Apple Standard EULA
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where applicable to the App Store license and purchase relationship.
Privacy

Availability
We may update, change or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
