Terms of Use
Terms for MassageDesk, a local-first body chart and session-note workspace by E Stream Media Empire.
These Terms of Use apply to MassageDesk on supported platforms. Apple purchases are also governed by Apple Media Services terms and the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
Recordkeeping utility only
MassageDesk is provided as a practical body-chart and session-note recordkeeping utility. It is not a medical device, electronic health record system, diagnosis tool, treatment recommendation system, insurance claims system, booking platform, payment processor, legal compliance service, or emergency tool.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, retention, export, and use of records they enter into the app. Users remain responsible for professional, licensing, privacy, consent, legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations that may apply to their work.
Local records and exports
MassageDesk is designed for local-first records. If users export, back up, restore, or share files, they control the destination and should review the content before sending it to another person, organization, storage provider, or app.
Pro purchases
MassageDesk may offer optional Pro access through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, renewal timing, available plans, displayed prices, taxes, and billing support are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse MassageDesk, attempt to bypass paid access, reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional, medical, legal, privacy, safety, tax, insurance, or compliance advice.
