Get help with MovingBox Map, including local records, backup and restore, exports, Pro purchases, and Restore Purchases.
Backup and restore
Use Settings → Backup & Restore to create a backup or import a valid backup. Malformed files and destructive overwrites are rejected.
Pro purchases
Open Settings → View Pro to see current Apple prices. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing devices with the same Apple account.

Email admin@estreamedia.my and include your app version, device model, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment details.
