Privacy Policy
Privacy information for LashMap Studio: Lash Client OS, a local-first lash studio client management and session record app.

This Privacy Policy applies to LashMap Studio: Lash Client OS ("LashMap Studio", "the app"). LashMap Studio helps lash technicians manage client records, track sessions, record lash maps, and log retention results.

Data Collection
LashMap Studio is a local-first app. No account is required. Client profiles, session records, lash maps, retention check-ins, consent records, and map templates are stored on your device. LashMap Studio does not operate a developer server sync service and does not upload your records to any E Stream Media server.
What Information You Enter
You may enter client names, contact details, lash preference notes, sensitivity and contraindication notes (which are user-entered salon reference notes only), session revenue, products used, and lash extension specifications. This information is entered by you as the lash technician and remains on your device. LashMap Studio does not read, process, or transmit this information to any developer service.
Sensitivity and Contraindication Notes
Fields labelled "Sensitivity Note" and "Contraindication Note" are free-text fields for user-entered salon reference notes only. LashMap Studio is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide medical advice, allergy diagnosis, eye safety guidance, or any determination of treatment suitability. You are responsible for the accuracy and handling of any information you enter.
Ads, Analytics, Tracking, and Location
LashMap Studio does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or location data collection in the current app.
Exports and Backups
LashMap Studio includes export tools (JSON backup, CSV, and client card text). All exports are user-initiated. You choose where to save or share any exported file. Anyone you share a file with may be able to read its contents. LashMap Studio does not operate a developer backup server. Pro subscribers can also restore from a JSON backup they previously exported.
In-App Purchases
Optional Pro purchases (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) are processed by Apple App Store. LashMap Studio and E Stream Media Empire do not receive your payment card details. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Apple App Store settings.
No Medical or Professional Safety Advice
LashMap Studio is a salon workflow and client recordkeeping utility. It does not provide medical advice, eye safety diagnosis, allergy treatment guidance, or any guarantee of lash retention or treatment outcomes. Sensitivity and contraindication fields contain only user-entered salon notes. Always follow your professional training, local regulations, and applicable health and safety guidelines.
Children's Privacy
LashMap Studio is a professional salon recordkeeping tool and is not designed for children under 13.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete records inside the app, use the Delete All Local Data option in Backup & Export, uninstall the app, or manage notification permissions through your device settings. Deleting the app removes all local records from that device unless you have exported a backup.
Changes
This policy may be updated as LashMap Studio changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
