Terms of Use
Terms for HoopQuote Studio, a local-first embroidery order quote and margin bench app.

These Terms of Use apply to HoopQuote Studio ("HoopQuote Studio", "the app") published by E Stream Media Empire.

Where a platform store standard license or required store terms apply to a download, including Apple App Store or Google Play where available, those terms apply in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
Use of the App
HoopQuote Studio is a local-first embroidery order quote, garment pricing, design library, pricing template, and margin bench utility for embroidery shops, decorators, and small production teams. You may use it to maintain your own customer, order, garment, design, pricing, and note records.
Your Records and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into HoopQuote Studio. Records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for maintaining any backups or exported files you need.
Estimates Only
HoopQuote Studio calculations are estimates based on values you enter, including garment costs, stitch counts, labor assumptions, setup fees, pricing templates, discounts, and margins. You are responsible for checking supplier prices, taxes, labor costs, production requirements, and final customer quotes before relying on or sending any quote.
No Guarantee of Profit or Business Results
HoopQuote Studio may show revenue, cost, profit, margin, pipeline warnings, or undercharge indicators, but it does not guarantee profit, order volume, customer acceptance, revenue, margin improvement, or any business result.
No Professional Advice
HoopQuote Studio does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, supplier, production, safety, or professional pricing advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for following applicable laws, supplier instructions, production requirements, and professional judgment.
In-App Purchases
HoopQuote Studio may offer optional Pro features through the platform store used to download the app, including Apple App Store or Google Play where available. Subscription or lifetime purchase options may vary by app version, platform, and region. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, cancellation, purchase restoration, available plans, and displayed prices follow the relevant platform store policy. Use Restore Purchases or the platform store purchase restoration mechanism where available.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, store information you are not authorized to maintain, or use HoopQuote Studio for unlawful activity.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of records, exported files, quotes, revenue, profit, margin, customer relationships, or business opportunities arising from your use of HoopQuote Studio.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
