Support for TripLatch RV, a local-first RV checklist and walk-around departure board for iOS.

For TripLatch RV support, email admin@estreamedia.my. Include the following information to help resolve your issue faster:

  • Platform: iOS.
  • Device model and iOS version.
  • TripLatch RV app version and build number, if visible in Settings or App Info.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Whether the issue affects Rig Profile, Checklist Modes, Walk-Around Route, Lanes, Critical Guard, Override History, Import Draft, Maintenance Reminders, Pro, Settings, or language selection.

Local Checklist Records

TripLatch RV stores rig, checklist, trip history, import draft, and reminder information locally on your device in the current app. Deleting records, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app may remove local records from that device unless you have exported or backed them up using tools available to you.

Do Not Roll Yet Status

The Do Not Roll Yet state is a checklist reminder and planning aid. It is not a safety guarantee, accident prevention system, mechanical diagnosis, or official RV certification.

Override History

If you override an unresolved critical item, TripLatch RV records the override in trip history for review. Overrides do not mean the vehicle, trailer, campsite, or route is safe.

Import Drafts

Paste import is intended to help migrate an older checklist into a draft. Review imported items before using them on a trip.

Pro Purchase or Restore

Optional Pro purchases and restore flows are handled by Apple App Store when available in the released app. Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Privacy and Local Storage

TripLatch RV does not require an account or developer backend in the current app. Checklist information stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
