Help for local project records, exports, pace planning, language settings, and Google Play purchases.
For support, email the address below and include the app name, Android device model, Android version, app version if visible, the screen involved, and a short description.
Local data
ShowProject Ledger is local-first. Support cannot recover records deleted from the device, lost with device damage, or removed when app data is cleared unless you made your own export or backup.
Exports
The record-book preview is a generic user record structure. It is not an official program form. Check any show, school, club, fair, association, or local requirement independently.
Pace planning
Target-weight pace is a planning calculation based on values you enter. It is not feed, nutrition, health, treatment, or show advice.
Purchases and restore
Pro purchases and restore use Google Play when products are returned as available. If a product is unavailable, the app must not charge you or grant an entitlement.
