PantryGrid Support

Support

Support information for PantryGrid: Home Food Map, a private local-first food-storage record.

Effective: July 12, 2026 | E Stream Media Empire

PantryGrid is local-first. The V2 product experience has no account, no PantryGrid cloud record store, no ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs, and no OCR scanning flow.

PantryGrid helps households record where food is stored, package state, what they want to use first, planned thaw dates, restock thresholds and private meal templates.

What PantryGrid Does

PantryGrid provides a pantry, fridge and freezer storage map; user-entered Use First and partial-package queues; planned thaw dates; meal readiness based on names you record; low-stock reminders; and local backup export.

What PantryGrid Does Not Do

PantryGrid does not determine whether food is safe to eat, diagnose spoilage, provide allergy, nutrition, storage, thawing or cooking advice, or guarantee retailer pricing or availability.

Local-First Records

The current app stores user-entered records locally on the device. There is no PantryGrid login, PantryGrid cloud account or E Stream Media backend for food records. Exported files are controlled by you.

Updating From GroceryAI

The PantryGrid update keeps GroceryAI receipt history on the device and converts eligible receipt-item records into editable PantryGrid records. If you need help with an update, include the app version or build shown in the app.

Purchases and Restore Purchases

PantryGrid Pro purchases and Restore Purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit on iOS. Use Restore Purchases in the app when you previously purchased with the same Apple Account.

Contact Support

Email admin@estreamedia.my. Include PantryGrid, the app version or build if visible, device model, iOS version, a short issue description, and whether it concerns local records, export, PantryGrid Pro, Restore Purchases, or a legal link. Do not email sensitive household information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

PantryGrid records user-entered food items, quantities, locations and planning dates. It does not determine whether food is safe to eat or provide medical, allergy, nutrition, storage, thawing or cooking guidance. Users remain responsible for food-handling decisions.
