Privacy information for HoopQuote Studio, a local-first embroidery order quote and margin bench app.

This Privacy Policy applies to HoopQuote Studio ("HoopQuote Studio", "the app") on supported platforms, including iOS and Android where available. HoopQuote Studio helps embroidery shops and decorators prepare order quotes, track garments and designs, review pricing templates, and monitor revenue, cost, profit, and margin records.

Data Collection
HoopQuote Studio is designed as a local-first app. No account is required for core app use. Customers, embroidery orders, garment line items, designs, pricing templates, quote notes, margin calculations, and settings are stored locally on your device. HoopQuote Studio does not operate a developer server sync service for core app data.
Information You Enter
You may enter customer names or contact notes, garment quantities and costs, stitch counts, setup and labor assumptions, design details, pricing templates, order statuses, and other shop records. This information is entered by you and remains under your control on the device where you use the app.
Exports and Sharing
HoopQuote Studio can prepare export or share output only when you choose to export or share it. Exported or shared files may contain customer, order, garment, design, price, revenue, cost, profit, margin, or note information that you entered. You are responsible for where you save, send, or store exported files.
Purchases
Optional Pro purchases may be processed by the platform store used to download the app, including Apple App Store or Google Play where available. HoopQuote Studio and E Stream Media Empire do not receive your full payment card details from Apple or Google store purchases. Purchase, refund, subscription, lifetime access, cancellation, restore, available plan, and displayed price handling follows the relevant platform store policy. Use Restore Purchases or the platform store purchase restoration mechanism where available.
Ads, Analytics, Tracking, Login, and Server Sync
HoopQuote Studio does not include advertising SDKs, app analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, login or account systems, or developer server sync for core app data on supported platforms, including iOS and Android where available.
No Sale of User Data
HoopQuote Studio does not sell user data. The app is designed as a local embroidery quote and margin tool, not as a data brokerage, advertising, or analytics product.
Your Choices
You can edit or delete records inside the app, use device-level backup tools if available, export files you choose to keep, or uninstall the app to remove local app data from that device. Deleting the app may remove local records unless you have backed them up or exported them.
Children's Privacy
HoopQuote Studio is a business utility for embroidery shops and decorators and is not designed for children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated as HoopQuote Studio changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
