Privacy information for MassageDesk, a local-first body chart and session-note workspace for massage and bodywork practitioners.
This Privacy Policy applies to MassageDesk ("MassageDesk", "the app"). MassageDesk helps users keep private body-chart marks, session notes, aliases, revision history, backup files, and export summaries using information stored locally on the device.
No account required
MassageDesk does not require users to create an account or log in to use the core app.
Local-first session records
User-entered aliases, practitioner reference codes, body-chart marks, structured session notes, revision history, app language, app settings, encrypted backup choices, and export preferences are designed to stay on the user device in the current build.
Sensitive information minimization
MassageDesk is designed for alias-first recordkeeping. The app does not require a real client name, email address, phone number, government ID, payment card, account profile, appointment booking account, insurance claim, medical diagnosis, or cloud sync account.
No developer server, ads, analytics, or tracking
The current MassageDesk app plan does not include a developer-operated server for app data, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account sync, cloud database sync, location tracking, contacts access, photos import, camera capture, microphone access, or public user profiles.
Purchases handled by Apple or Google Play
MassageDesk Pro monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing where available. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from platform purchase flows.
Backups, exports, and sharing
If users create encrypted backups, exports, or shared summaries, the user controls the destination. Users should review exported content before sending it to another person, organization, storage service, or app.
Not medical advice
MassageDesk is a private recordkeeping and session-organization utility. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, evaluate contraindications, provide medical advice, process insurance, manage appointments, accept payments, or replace professional judgment or legal compliance obligations.
