Privacy Policy

Privacy information for LeadLine Studio, a local-first stained glass commission workbench for clients, pattern versions, glass inventory, cut lists, quotes, deposits, and approval PDFs.

This Privacy Policy applies to LeadLine Studio on supported platforms, including iOS and Android where available. LeadLine Studio is published by E Stream Media Empire and is designed for stained glass and leaded glass makers who keep commission records on their own devices.

LeadLine Studio is local-first. The current app build has no login, no developer backend account, no ads, no app analytics SDKs, and no tracking SDKs. Purchases, if available, are handled by the platform app-store billing system.

Local-first records

LeadLine Studio is designed around local records on the device. The current app build does not require a LeadLine Studio account, developer-operated server sync, remote database, or server upload for stained glass commission records.

Information you choose to enter

You may enter client names or nicknames, contact notes, commission project details, stained glass pattern versions, glass swatches, supplier notes, cut pieces, material costs, labor estimates, quote details, deposits, approval notes, and related local studio workflow information.

PDF exports and sharing

If you export or share a client approval PDF, quote summary, or other record, that export remains under your control through the device, operating system, and destination you choose. Do not export or share private client information unless you are comfortable with that destination.

No advertising, analytics, tracking, or login

The current app plan does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, login systems, Firebase, Supabase, RevenueCat, CloudKit sync, or a developer-operated cloud backend for core commission records.

Purchases and restore purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and Restore Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing where available. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from those platform purchase flows.

Future changes

Final App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety answers must be reviewed against the exact submitted build before store submission. If future builds add sync, accounts, analytics, support uploads, or other data flows, this policy and store disclosures must be updated before release.
