Support for HoopQuote Studio, a local-first embroidery order quote and margin bench app on supported platforms, including iOS and Android where available.

For HoopQuote Studio support, email admin@estreamedia.my. Include the following information to help resolve your issue faster:

  • Platform: iOS or Android.
  • Device model and OS version.
  • HoopQuote Studio app version and build number, if visible in Settings or App Info.
  • The affected screen or workflow, such as Hoop Workbench, Orders, Customers, Designs, Pricing Templates, Reports, export/share, Pro purchase, or restore.
  • Whether the issue involves a purchase, subscription, cancellation, refund, or restore flow.
  • A short description of the issue and the steps that led to it.

Local Records

HoopQuote Studio stores customers, embroidery orders, garment line items, designs, pricing templates, and margin records locally on your device. Deleting records or uninstalling the app may remove local records from that device unless you have exported or backed up data using tools available to you.

Export and Sharing

Export and sharing are user-initiated. If an export does not appear in the destination app, try exporting again, choosing a different share destination, or checking that the destination app can accept the file or text format being shared.

Quote and Margin Calculations

HoopQuote Studio calculates estimates from values you enter, such as garment cost, quantity, stitch count, setup fee, labor, discount, and pricing template values. Review each order quote before sending it to a customer.

Pro Purchase or Restore

Optional Pro purchases and restore flows are handled by the platform store used to download the app, including Apple App Store or Google Play where available. Use Restore Purchases or the platform store purchase restoration mechanism where available while signed in to the same platform store account used for the purchase. Available plans and prices are shown by the relevant platform store in the app.

Privacy and Local Storage

HoopQuote Studio does not require an account or developer backend for core app use. Customer, order, garment, design, pricing, and note records stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

HoopQuote Studio is an embroidery quote and recordkeeping utility. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal, supplier, production, professional pricing, or guaranteed business-result advice.
