Privacy Policy
Privacy information for CanvasMark: Needlepoint Map, a local-first session map for physical needlepoint canvas projects.
This Privacy Policy applies to CanvasMark: Needlepoint Map ("CanvasMark", "the app"). CanvasMark helps stitchers keep private local maps for physical needlepoint canvases, zones, fibers, parked threads, sessions, snapshots, and finisher handoff notes.
Local-first canvas records
CanvasMark stores user-created canvas projects, canvas images selected by the user, zone labels, stitch and fiber notes, parking pins, session notes, progress snapshots, resume markers, and finisher handoff notes locally on the device in the current build. The app does not require an account.
Photos and image access
CanvasMark may ask for photo library or camera access only when the user chooses to add a canvas image or progress snapshot. Selected or captured images are used for local project records and are not uploaded to an E Stream Media Empire server by CanvasMark.
No developer server, ads, analytics, or tracking
The current CanvasMark app plan does not include a developer-operated server for canvas data, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account sync, cloud database sync, public profiles, or social sharing.
Purchases handled by Apple
Optional CanvasMark Pro purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit and App Store purchase systems where available. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.
Exports and backups
CanvasMark may let users export summaries, handoff packs, or backup archives through iOS system sharing or Files workflows. The user chooses the destination and should review exported content before sending it to another person, service, or app.
No automatic recognition claim
CanvasMark is a recordkeeping utility for user-entered needlepoint canvas session notes. It does not perform automatic stitch counting, chart recognition, symbol recognition, OCR, designer pattern parsing, or professional finishing advice.
