Terms for WickLedger: Candle Maker Log, a local-first candle costing and inventory utility.

These Terms apply to WickLedger: Candle Maker Log ("WickLedger", "the app").

Where the Apple standard End User License Agreement applies to an App Store download, it applies in addition to these product-specific terms unless a required local consumer protection rule says otherwise.
Use of the App
WickLedger is a local-first candle costing, inventory, batch, sales, expense, reminder, and reporting utility for candle makers. You may use it to record and estimate your own candle business information.
Your Records and Backups
You are responsible for the information you enter into WickLedger and for maintaining any exports or backups you need. Current records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
No Professional Advice
WickLedger is a planning and record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, marketplace, business, product-safety, or candle-safety certification advice. You are responsible for your pricing, compliance, safety practices, product labels, tax reporting, and business decisions.
No Profit or Accuracy Guarantee
Cost, margin, inventory, sales, expense, and profit outputs depend on user-entered data and app formulas. We do not guarantee profit, tax accuracy, marketplace acceptance, or uninterrupted business results.
In-App Purchases
WickLedger may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, cancellation, available plans, and displayed prices are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional advice or safety certification.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, inventory records, sales, profits, business opportunities, or product claims arising from your use of WickLedger.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
