Privacy Policy
Privacy information for StitchProof, an offline-first quality-record and handoff-proof app for sewing, embroidery, and needlework projects.
This Privacy Policy applies to StitchProof ("the app"). StitchProof helps makers record project materials, process stages, inspection checklists, defects and rework, photo evidence, and completion snapshots for their own sewing, embroidery, or needlework projects.
Local-first project records
StitchProof stores user-created projects, materials, process stages, checklist entries, defect records, photos, and completion snapshots locally on the device using Apple SwiftData. The app does not require an account and does not operate a developer server that stores this content.
Photos and camera access
StitchProof asks for photo library or camera access only when the user chooses to attach an evidence photo to a project, checklist item, or defect record. Selected or captured images are stored locally for the user's own records and are not uploaded to an E Stream Media Empire server by StitchProof.
No ads, analytics, or tracking
StitchProof does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or cross-app tracking. There is no account system and no cloud sync in the current build.
Purchases handled by Apple
StitchProof Pro (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) is sold and processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.
Exports and backups
StitchProof lets users export a handoff/proof report (PDF) and a JSON backup through iOS system sharing or the Files app. The user chooses the destination and should review exported content before sending it to another person or service.
No certification or verification claim
StitchProof is a recordkeeping tool for user-entered project data. It does not verify the accuracy of any entry, and records created in the app are not a professional certification, industrial or safety standard, or quality guarantee.
