For MosaicFit issues, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or private backup files.

MosaicFit stores plans and completed sessions on your device. Use the in-app JSON export to create a backup, and keep exported files in a place you trust.
Pro purchase and restore
Purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. Use Restore Purchases in MosaicFit while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase.
