Terms information for InkPair Lab, a local-first fountain pen compatibility journal by E Stream Media Empire.
These terms summarize acceptable use of InkPair Lab. Apple purchases are also governed by Apple Media Services terms and the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
Personal recordkeeping only
InkPair Lab is provided as a practical journal for personal fountain pen compatibility observations. It is not an official product catalog, marketplace, public community, color-calibration system, chemical testing service, archival guidance system, manufacturer authority, or professional advice service.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the records, notes, photos, ratings, exports, backup archives, and decisions they create, import, export, share, or delete. Users should verify pen, ink, paper, and manufacturer care guidance independently.
Local storage and exports
Records are designed to remain on device in the current build. Exported or shared files are controlled by the user and may be handled by other apps, services, or people chosen by the user.
Purchases
InkPair Lab Pro may be offered through App Store in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time unlock where available. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase security are handled by Apple.
No safety-critical or professional use
InkPair Lab is not designed for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, chemical, conservation, archival, or professional decision-making.
