Terms for HomeschoolLog: Planner, a local-first homeschool planning and record book app for parents and guardians.
These Terms of Use apply to HomeschoolLog: Planner ("HomeschoolLog", "the app") on supported platforms. By using the app, you are responsible for the information you enter, the records you keep, and how you export or share those records.
Parent-managed recordkeeping
HomeschoolLog is a parent or guardian recordkeeping utility. It is not a school district portal, student account system, social network, legal compliance service, online class provider, curriculum marketplace, AI tutor, medical tool, or therapy tool.
No legal or official reporting advice
HomeschoolLog does not provide legal, state compliance, educational, tax, special-education, medical, therapy, or official reporting advice. It does not guarantee that records satisfy any state, local, school, district, agency, or reporting requirement. Families remain responsible for understanding and meeting their applicable requirements.
Local records and exports
The app is designed for local-first records. If you export or share records, you control the destination and should review exported content before sending it to another person, organization, school, district, agency, or storage service.
Pro purchases
HomeschoolLog may offer optional Pro features through Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, refunds, subscription management, renewal timing, available plans, displayed prices, taxes, and billing support are handled by the platform where you purchased.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse HomeschoolLog, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, use the app for unlawful activity, or rely on it as a substitute for professional legal, educational, tax, medical, therapy, or safety advice.
